Pastor's Update

Pastor Timm O. Meyer is serving Trinity, McCook as pastor. He has served as an ordained minister of the Gospel in the Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod (WELS) for more than 30 years. His three grown children live in Minnesota, South Dakota and Kansas. His wife Denise is a special education teacher for JR High students in the Norton, KS School district.

A Message From Your Pastor....

Mark 16:6 He has risen! He is not here

The angel announced to the women
He has risen! He is not here.

He also reminded them "Do not be alarmed."
And, "Go, tell his disciples and Peter..."

We come to the tomb in sadness.
But Jesus' tomb is empty.
We have seen the truth and return with gladness.
Ours is the blessed privilege to go and tell.

He has risen! He is not here.
The empty tomb fills our hearts and lives with gladness.

This IS the day the Lord has made.
Let us rejoice and be happy in it. PSALM 118:24
